Collection and Protection of Personal Information.

Collection, use, disclosure and retention of information on mosaiq811.ca complies with provisions of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.  Access to personal information is limited to those employees who need access in order to perform their assigned duties.  Personal Information collected by Ottawa Community Housing (OCH) is used to fulfill the purpose for which it was originally collected or for a use consistent with that purpose.

When you voluntarily send us an electronic mail or complete an electronic form that includes identifying information about you, we will keep a record of this information so that we can respond to you.

ARRIV Home is an online portal for tenants to access information and services virtually. It does not provide a guarantee of service.

When tenants visit ARRIV Home, they do so through a secure portal. Only tenants who are leaseholders can access the portal and they must enter unique information to identify themselves including a valid e-mail address and a password.

Ottawa Community Housing Corporation operating as ARRIV Properties does not intend to use any information provided by tenants in ARRIV Home for any purpose that is inconsistent with the purpose for which the information was provided.
